Nira is a product of BivNow LLC. This policy explains how information is handled through the Nira marketing website and how Nira relates to ChatGPT.

Information submitted on this website

If someone requests early access, the website collects the name, email address, selected area of interest, and any optional note they choose to provide.

If someone submits a support request, the website collects the name, email address, selected support topic, and message they choose to provide.

We use this information to manage early-access interest, respond to support requests, understand interest in Nira, improve the experience, protect the website, and meet legal obligations.

ChatGPT and Nira

Nira works inside ChatGPT and does not require a separate Nira user account. Messages, ChatGPT memory, connected accounts, files, and other information used within ChatGPT are governed by the user's ChatGPT settings, permissions, and OpenAI's applicable policies.

When ChatGPT calls Nira's presentation tools, BivNow LLC's server processes the minimum information sent by ChatGPT to produce the requested Nira component. Nira does not use this server to retrieve a user's complete ChatGPT history, connected accounts, or memories. The current Nira presentation layer does not persist the personal source information sent to render a component.

Hosting and infrastructure providers may temporarily process standard technical information, including IP addresses, timestamps, request metadata, security logs, and error logs, as necessary to operate and protect the service.

Use of ChatGPT remains subject to OpenAI's terms, privacy policy, settings, and data controls. If Nira's technical operation or data handling changes, this policy will be updated before the changed practice is introduced publicly.

Service providers and technical information

BivNow LLC may use service providers, including website hosting and form-processing providers, to operate this website. Those providers may process submitted form information and standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security or error logs as necessary to provide and protect their services.

How information is shared

BivNow LLC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Retention

Early-access information is retained until the person withdraws their request or until it is no longer needed for the Nira early-access program.

Support requests are retained only as long as needed to respond, resolve the issue, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations.

The current Nira presentation layer does not retain the personal source information sent by ChatGPT to render a Nira component. Infrastructure providers may temporarily retain security, request, or error logs according to their operational policies.

A person may request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted directly to BivNow LLC through the Nira Support page.

A person may use the Support page to:

Security

BivNow LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Nira website and plugin are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information directly from a child through the website forms.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Nira develops. The effective date at the top of the page will be changed when material updates are made.
