Nira Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to the Nira website and Nira experience provided by BivNow LLC. By using the website or Nira, the user agrees to these terms.

Early development

Nira is currently in early development. Features, availability, instructions, and functionality may change. Access may be limited, interrupted, modified, or discontinued.

Relationship to ChatGPT

Nira is designed to work inside ChatGPT. Use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's applicable terms and policies. BivNow LLC does not control ChatGPT's availability, account requirements, connected services, memory settings, or other OpenAI functionality.

Permitted use

Nira may be used for lawful personal organization, planning, reflection, and general informational support. Users may not misuse Nira, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Not professional advice

Nira may help organize or explain information, but it is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, safety, or other licensed professional advice.

Do not rely on Nira for emergencies, diagnoses, treatment decisions, legal deadlines, financial transactions, or other high-stakes decisions without checking the information and consulting an appropriate qualified professional.

AI limitations

Artificial intelligence can misunderstand context, omit information, or produce inaccurate results. Users are responsible for reviewing important dates, facts, recommendations, drafts, and actions before relying on them or sharing them with others.

User responsibility

Users decide what information to share with ChatGPT and which accounts or services to connect. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their ChatGPT account and for complying with the terms of any connected service.

Intellectual property

Nira's name, brand, website content, original designs, and original materials belong to BivNow LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.

Third-party services

Nira may rely on or link to third-party services, including ChatGPT. BivNow LLC is not responsible for third-party services, policies, content, availability, or changes.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Nira and the website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BivNow LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Nira or the website.

Changes

BivNow LLC may update these terms as Nira develops. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
